Day 01

AIRPORT

VALLE
DE LA LUNA
Reception and transfer to San Pedro de Atacama
from Calama airport or bus terminal.
15:00 departure from hotel
to Moon Valley. On the San Pedro-Calama
road we make a short photograph stop at
the look-out point in the Salt Cord. From
there, we will continue to the Moon Valley
where we will visit the salt statues `The
Three Marías`, salt mine, salt caverns
and watch the sunset from the Great Sand
Dune. Return to hotel. Accommodation.

Day 02
|
GEYSERS
DEL TATIO
/
SALAR DE ATACAMA/ TOCONAO
04.00 departure from hotel. 07.00 arrival
at the geysers of El Tatio (4 320m).
Breakfast and walk around the various geysers
where you will have the opportunity to bathe
in the naturally heated swimming pool. Return
to San Pedro.
During the afternoon, we
depart from the agency to visit the Atacama
Salt flats. 30 minute visit to the town
of Toconao. From there we will visit the
Liparite stone quarries and the Valley of
Jerez. Continuing on to the Atacama Salt
flats, we will arrive at the Chaxa Lagoon
to watch flamingos and await the sunset.
Return to hotel.

TRANSFER
FROM SAN PEDRO / CALAMA AIRPORT.
Recommendations: Take both
warm and light clothing, sun protection
and sunglasses. Full-day tours include breakfast,
packed lunch, fruit and soft drinks.
